Today we read "The night before New Year's" written by Natasha Wing and then we made this Happy New Year picture. We discussed some goals we have for 2011 and Channing's top goal is to learn to ride the bicycle he got for Christmas.
Hope you all have a wonderful time tonight :-) I'll be back to the blogging world on Monday with a new unit!

HAPPY NEW YEAR to you and your family!
Just found your blog and love it! I'm your newest follower. Your work is beautiful. Can't wait to read more. :) Jodi www.LittlestLearners.com
How fun! Love the goal for this year!
What did you use for a nose on this little guy? It looks like it might be missing.
This is how we are going to start our new year.
Thanks Ladies - Happy new Year to you guys too!!
Sass Class - it's there, you just can't see it under the copious amounts of glue :-) It's actually just a circle the same color as the face....it doesn't really stand out at all - I should have thought of something different to use......a project for next year :-)
Welcome, Jodi - I'm going to head over to your blog too!
Cute! May 2011 bring you and your family peace, joy, and happiness!
New follower:) Love your stuff! I was so excited about this cute little New Years guy with goals I ran to my local Dollar Tree to find hopefully discounted noise makers - wahhhh! to no avail so I am problem solving and bought coin roll wrappers and am wrapping them in foil (white paper would have been fine) and stuffing the ends with that colored shredded paper......same super cute effect - thanks for the idea! Checking back soon!

Hi Jeanette - you are so clever - I am HOPELESS at problem solving :-) Glad you could work something out :-) I'll have to remember that in future when I make them again and can't find any noise makers!
Thanks for following along :-)
Can't wait to see your newest unit, we've enjoyed your others. Thanks so much for sharing your hard work with the rest of us;-)
